Create a New pipe within the old cracked or leaking pipe without any major building reconstruction or renovation requirements. An innovative system for lining small diameter pipe in-situ within buildings and other sub surface work areas. Lining can be carried out in vertical and horizontal pipes and also in bends, tees and intersections upto 30metres (100feet) at each lining.
The minimum pipe size is 40mm (1.5”) in straight pipe and 50mm (2”) with 90 degree bends. Two bends may be included in each lining.
Lining is carried out from the open access at the floor or wall connection
Simply stop the flow, open the access point and insert flushing and cleaning equipment.
After cleaning the pipe is dried with warm air blowers and spray lined with a solvent free odourless Eco-Friendly Coating providing a lining with a 20 year application history
